Industries Consulted in Consumer products Implemented solutions in the areas of Demand Driven Supply Network, Category Management, Direct Store Delivery which helpded CPG companies to fulfill orders for customers on time leading to operational efficiency. Chemicals Under process manufacturing, system for Made to Stock (MTS) strategies were implemented with efficient batch management of products. Due to highly regulated environment, business processes were implemented with focus on compliance and complete traceability. Processes ranged from Production, Quality, Inventory management, Planning and Sales. Finance – Leasing & Insurance Leasing & insurance system was developed for a leading company in Malaysia and Singapore. System involved complex logarithms and calculators to cater to needs of users of different age groups and occupations. Retail Experience implementing order to cash business process in apparel and footwear industry using grid characteristics like size and color. Forecasting was done based on seasonal demand to optimize the inventory levels.
